Many of the couples I’ve been working with recently have been using wedding websites to help them manage the wedding planning process. A wedding website is fab for destination weddings where there’s lots of travel information and an itinerary to inform your guests.
A website is particularly helpful for managing the guest rsvp’s for your big day so I can see why it’s a popular choice! When I’m working on your wedding invitation, I can incorporate a QR code onto the RSVP card, which guests scan to RSVP via your website. So, you can have the best of both worlds…. organising and managing the RSVP process digitally, alongside beautifully designed and printed stationery. Here’s an example from the Ottilie wedding stationery collection with a curved rsvp card featuring a QR code, as part of the wedding invitation suite.

Some couples choose to send their wedding invitations digitally instead of the traditional way of printed invitations in the post. I have a curated collection of wedding stationery collections where the colours can be customised to suit your big day. Once you’ve decided on your favourite design, I can personalise for you and provide a PDF or jpeg file, ready for you to send out to your guests by email or by text.

It’s always a good idea to have a few invitations printed out for elderly guests and as a keepsake for you too. While a digital invitation is useful, it does mean you can’t choose from all the beautiful finishing touches of the printed invitation to wow your guests! Having the invitations printed gives you options to add pretty ribbons, wax seals and envelope liners.
Wedding Invitation Samples
There are some wedding invitation samples available to buy on my website here, if you would like to see the colours and textures up close. It’s a good way to get a feel for the design before committing, especially if you are stuck between a couple of designs!
