GREEN, BLUE AND GOLD BARN WEDDING

Maria and Josh held their wedding day at The Granary Estates, an 18th century barn in the countryside on the Suffolk and Cambridgeshire border. A gorgeous summer wedding day with a stunning floral moongate instillation and pretty tones of blues and greens running throughout the styling. All the lovely details were captured by photographer Liam Smith.

Wedding Breakfast Set Up

The wedding breakfast celebration was set up in the barn with pretty drapes and lights adorning the ceiling. Guests were seated on round tables, accessorised with stunning floral arrangements featuring foliage and dried pampas. Gold cutlery and coloured glass helped bring a sophisticated look to the wedding style.

Layering was key to achieve a gorgeous tablescape. For each guest place name I hand calligraphered white onto perspex. The place name was then layered on top of a vellum menu created with a touch of calligraphy and complete with a green wax seal. Layered onto coloured card and gorgeous crockery with gold detailing.

Each table number featured white calligraphy on curved coloured card for a contemporary look, styled next to a variety of vases with flowers and candlesticks.

Wedding Signage

Matching on the day signage is available for my wedding stationery collections. This welcome sign is from the Clara collection, a simple design with a flash of calligraphy and available in a variety of materials. Maria and Josh opted for a frosted perspex background which was placed in a gold frame and styled with their gorgeous wedding flowers.

The table plan was designed with white text on a perspex background, also placed on a gold frame for a consistent wedding style.

Wedding Outfits

Bride Maria looked incredible in a strapless bridal gown with a beautiful detailed veil, glam make up and a pretty hair up do. The bridesmaids looked gorgeous in silk wrap dresses in two different shades of green.

Groom Josh wore a smart three piece suit with the groomsmen wearing shades of green ties to co-ordinate with the bridesmaids.

On The Day Small Signage

Small signage is a gorgeous way to capture your guests attention on the day such as this one the couple chose to fit their colour scheme and contemporary look with the curved edge finish.
