FESTIVE KEW GARDENS WEDDING

As the festive season begins it’s time to share a gorgeous Christmassy winter wedding on the blog! Holly and Jack held their wedding at the gorgeous Kew Gardens with a glamorous Black Tie dress code, green velvet bridesmaid dresses, twinkling fairy lights and elegant white florals. The couple were wed in front of a beautiful white floral and foliage arch. All the gorgeous details were captured by photographer Liza Edgington.

Wedding Signage

All of the wedding signage tied into the couple’s colour palette for the day, a dark forest green with white calligraphy. The welcome sign featured a festive mistletoe illustration, placed on a wooden easel and styled with beautiful wedding florals.

The order of the day sign followed the same colours for a cohesive look on the day, along with the table plan too. You can have lots of fun choosing your table names! I’ve got some advice specifically on table names which you can read here. For Holly and Jack, each of the tables were named after the vineyards the couple had visited.

Wedding Breakfast Set Up

Inside Kew Gardens, round wedding tables were set up for the wedding breakfast with stunning white floral and foliage arrangements in tall crystal vases.

The stationery helped to bring a pop of green to the tables. I designed a wedding menu with curved edges for a contemporary look and hand calligraphered in white ink for each of the table names.
