Emily and Simon held their big day at Preston Court, a stylish and unique wedding barn venue in a secluded private 600- acre estate in Kent, UK. The couple’s big day was captured by wedding photographer Matt Wing, which started with an outdoor wedding ceremony in the venue’s beautiful gardens.
There’s even a magical carousel within the venue grounds for a unique spin on your wedding day 😊
Barn Wedding Styling
The barn at Preston Court is absolutely stunning, a versatile space which can be decorated to a wide variety of themes, featuring fairy lights and pretty fairground organs. Emily and Simon chose circular tables with wooden chairs for their wedding breakfast set up.
The tables were minimal yet stylish, with a gorgeous assortment of pastel flowers and foliage in a vase as the table centrepiece, on crisp white linen. Each table number was hand calligraphered in gold on a hand painted blush pink background.
The wedding menu continued the blush pink colour palette with a hand painted watercolour background with gold calligraphy touches and a simple font.
Each place setting featured a hand calligraphered guest name in gold with a delicate pale pink ribbon, laid onto a pale pink linen napkin.
Personalised Wedding Signage
I love it when couples want to display a personalised message to their guests such as this one the couples chose. Modern calligraphy looks so stylish on wedding stationery and signage and can be customised to suit the colour palette of your big day.
The table plan complimented the wedding stationery also in blush pink and gold with touches of modern calligraphy. Held on a wooden frame to blend in with the rustic barn setting.
Bride and Groom Outfits
Beautiful bride Emily wore a stunning lace dress by Morilee with stunning embroidered lace detail and a full skirt. Groom Matt wore a smart navy suit with grey waistcoat, pale pink tie and white shirt.
Emily’s bridal bouquet was a stunning mix of foliage, pale pinks and creams by artisan florists BluBelle Creative. Her hair was styled into a relaxed low twisted up do and decorated with pretty flowers.
The bridesmaids looked gorgeous in maxi pastel pink dresses from British bridesmaid dress brand th&th.
I wish Emily and Simon a lifetime of happiness. Here’s some more images from their magical day…..
